Q: How much are modular homes per square foot (on average):

A: Modular homes (delivered and set-up) can range from as low as $70/square foot to around $120/square foot. Email or call us today for a quote! Typical stick built homes start at $150/ square foot, our modular homes are less expensive and you are getting THE SAME STANDARD FEATURES!
