History of our company
We have been serving the needs of First Nations in the North since our inception in 1993 and through our commitment to customer satisfaction we've become the largest modular home dealership in Northern Ontario. All of our homes are built to the highest standards, approved by CMHC and CSA with the CSA A-277 designation. 2"x6" walls, dual thermopane LOW E windows, high insulation values, and a multitude of other options from cathedral ceilings, fireplaces to jetted soaker tubs you will be sure to enjoy every room in your home for many years to come.
We believe that designing, building and setting up our homes should be all done with the simplest of ease to the home buyer. Rather than dealing with numerous companies over varying time-lines, at UMH we can do everything it takes to get you into your dream home and under one roof.

Looking to invest in your local trades while undertaking a modular home project? We can provide training & site supervision to allow your skilled workers to set-up our homes. We will work with you to determine the best setup options for your homes.
